In view of the settlement between the parties, the order passed by the J.M.F.C., Aurangabad dated 11.02.2019, in PWDVA No. 502 of 2015 and the order dated 14.06.2019 passed by the Additional Sessions Judge- 10, Aurangabad in Criminal Appeal No. 45 of 2019, confirming the order passed by the learned J.M.F.C., are set aside.
