Learned counsel for the applicant, on instructions, submits that the trial has already been commenced and the prosecution has examined maximum witnesses and only one witness and the investigating officer remained to be examined. Learned A.P.P. submits that even prior to this application, the applications preferred by the present applicant came to be rejected by this Court.

In view of the above and since only two witnesses remained to be examined before the trial court, I do not find any substance in the application. Application is accordingly rejected. ( V. K. JADHAV, J.) rlj/
