Mr. Kurundkar, the learned counsel for the petitioner states that, after filing the present writ petition, the respondents have rejected the application of the petitioner for allotment of land. 2.

As the claim is already rejected subsequently, the petitioner will be required to assail the said order.

In the light of that, the writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to assail the order rejecting the claim of the petitioner as is permissible in law. All contentions of respective parties are kept open. No costs.
