PER COURT :- Learned counsel Mrs. K.P. Mutatkar submits that she is filing appearance for the respondent husband. The present application is filed for condonation of delay of 689 days caused in filing appeal against the Judgment and order in Petition No. A-84/2016 which was pending in the Family Court, Aurangabad. The proceeding was filed for divorce by the present appellant, but it came to be dismissed. In view of the contentions made in the applications and submissions made this Court holds that sufficient cause is shown and appeal is allowed and delay is condoned.
