Learned counsel for Respondent No.1 - insurance company objects to permit withdrawal of the amount.

For the reasons given in the application, the applicants are permitted to withdraw 60% of the amount in deposit alongwith interest accrued thereon, on submitting usual undertaking to the satisfaction of the 1 / 2
