Prayer clause "(C)" to the Petition reads thus:- " (C) By issuing writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction, the respondents be

directed to decide his representation and consequently grant a fitness certificate in favour of vehicle (Highwa Truck No. MH46AR4667) owned by petitioner. "

As short point is involved and taking into consideration prayer clause "( C)", the Writ Petition can be disposed of by giving directions to the respective authorities. The representation dated 28th June 2022 is made to respondent No. 2 as well as respondent No.3.

The learned APP submits that he has received telephonic instructions that both the authorities would decide those representations within a period of two weeks. Hence following order is passed:-

Writ Petition stands disposed of with the following directions:- (I) Respondent Nos.2 and 3 to decide the representations of the petitioner dated 28th June 2022 within two weeks from today. The representations to be decided on its own merits.

(II) The petitioner is allowed to produce any document if called upon or even sou motu before the concerned authorities to support the representation, which should be done within a period of four days from today.
