PER COURT :- 1) Heard. This petition can be disposed of by issuing directions to Respondent No.2-Committee to take decision on pending caste validation claim forwarded to the Committee, as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of three months from today and it is accordingly directed.

2) The petitioner shall appear before the Respondent No.2-Committee on 20th October, 2015 and as such, no separate notice, requiring his presence before the Committee is necessary.

3) In the meanwhile, Respondent No.4-University is directed to declare the result of 6th Semester examination of the petitioner held in May 2015 and issue mark-sheet to the petitioner. The Respondent/university is further directed to permit the petitioner to prosecute her further studies subject to decision of the Respondent No.2-Committee in respect of her pending tribe verification claim.
