These are the applications for stay moved by the applicant/acquiring body. 2.

Heard Mr Harshal Randhir holding Mrs. C.R. Choudhary Kutti, learned counsel for the applicant and Mr R.V. Naiknavare, learned counsel for the claimants and Mr S.N. Morampalle, learned AGP for the State. 3.

It is revealed during the course of argument that the acquiring body has deposited entire amount of compensation under the Award and complied with the stay order passed by this Court. As such, stay granted by this Court needs to be confirmed till final decision of the appeals.

ORDER

(i) The stay applications are hereby allowed in terms of prayer clause (B). (ii) Inform to the concerned Court/executing Court accordingly. (iii) The civil applications are accordingly disposed of. ( SHRIKANT D. KULKARNI, J.) mta
