Diary No(s). 23719/2021 and on 25.10.2021, the Supreme court has issued notice, returnable six weeks.

Learned counsel for the applicant has pointed out that the applicant has again filed this criminal application No. 1725 of 2021 for the same relief.

In view of the above, learned counsel for the applicant, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw this application.
