This is an application for bail under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure. The applicant has been arrested in connection with Crime No.0056/2021, registered at Kurunda Police Station, District Hingoli, for the offences punishable under Sections 307 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code. 2.

Heard. Perused the First Information Report (FIR) and related papers.

The learned Advocate for the applicant would submit that on investigation, the charge-sheet has been filed. The victim

(( 2 )) 965-BA-1132-2022 suffers simple injury at his neck. He has been discharged from hospital. It will take time for commencement and resultant conclusion of the trial. He, therefore, urged for grant of application. 3.

The learned APP would, on the other hand, submit that it was a bid on the life of the victim. The injuries are on vital part. The applicant was hospitalised for four days. He, therefore, urged for rejection of the application.

Considered the submissions. Perused the related papers. True, the victim suffers injury on his neck. The nature of injury is simple one. On investigation, the charge-sheet has been filed. It will necessarily take time for commencement and conclusion of trial. Hence, following order:

O R D E R

(i) The Bail Application is allowed.

(ii)The applicant be released on bail in connection with Crime No.0056/2021, registered at Kurunda Police Station, District Hingoli, for the offences punishable under Sections 307 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code, on his executing P. R. bond in the sum of Rs.15,000/- (Rupees Fifteen Thousand) with surety bond of the like amount.

(( 3 )) 965-BA-1132-2022 (iii)The applicant shall attend the concerned Police Station on once a week i.e. on every Sunday between 11.00 a.m. and 12.00 noon, till conclusion of the trial. (iv)The applicant shall not tamper with the prosecution evidence.
