Heard the learned counsel for applicant and learned APP along with learned counsel for respondent nos.2 to 4. 2.

The learned counsel for respondent nos.2 to 4 submits that the charges are framed against the respondents.

The learned counsel for the applicant submits that though the charges are framed, custodial interrogation of the respondents is required as no proper investigation is done.

I have heard all the learned counsel.

The applicant is seeking cancellation of bail of the respondents. Before the trial Court the charges are framed against the respondents. If the charges are framed, bail granted to the respondents can not be cancelled.

In view of the above, I pass the following order :-
