Mr.Vibhute, learned counsel submits that Respondent No.1 has been served by email and also earlier by private notice. None appears for Respondent No.1. The limited grievance made by the petitioner in the present Writ Petition is that Respondent No.1 be directed to provide the original documents as mentioned in Receipt (Exh.F) for the purpose of counseling/filling preference form in MH-CET 2015 process of Respondent No.2.

It is submitted that candidate is entitled for betterment if he is not selected in MH-CET 2015 process then he will resubmit

original documents to Respondent No.1.

We have heard learned Asstt. Govt. Pleader also. 5.

Considering the limited nature of prayer, there would be no impediment to consider the case of the petitioner. 6.

The Respondent No.1 shall give the original documents of the petitioner i.e. i) National Certificate/Domicile Certificate, ii) SSC passing Certificate, iii) HSC mark sheet, iv) Leaving Certificate, v) Gap certificate, vi) Medical fitness, if the same are with it immediately by keeping photo copies of the said documents, so as to enable the petitioner to fill in the preference form and attend counseling in MH-CET 2015 process conducted by Respondent No.2. The Writ Petition disposed off. No costs. 7.
