Issue notice to respondents. The learned Additional Government Pleaders accept notice for respondent Nos. 1, 2 and 4 and Mr. Sant, the learned advocate accepts notice for respondent No. 3 in both matters.

The proposals pursuant to the corrected tribe certificates
2 wp 7450.20 have been submitted by the petitioners in 2015 and 2017 respectively and the validation proceedings are pending. The petitioners have appeared for 3rd year M.B.B.S. examination. 3.
The learned counsel for the petitioners submit that the petitioners have to undergo internship. The petitioners will not be getting degree certificate unless they clear the internship. 4.
Considering the above, we pass the following order: i.
The Committee shall make endeavour to decide the validation proceedings in respect of the tribe claim of the petitioners expeditiously, preferably within six months from the date of appearance of the petitioners.
ii.
The petitioners shall appear before the Committee on 01st December, 2020.
iii.
Respondents no. 2 and 3 shall not withhold the result of the petitioners' 3rd year M.B.B.S. course only on the ground that validation proceedings are pending.
iv.
In case the petitioners are otherwise eligible, then they may be allowed to undergo the internship, however, the degree certificates shall not be issued until the petitioners produce the validity certificates.
