This is a petition for habeas corpus. Vide order dated 10/7/2024, this Court had issued notice to the respondents.

The petitioner is mother of the girl who was missing.

The concerned police has brought the girl Ms Madhuri Bhaskar Pagde before the Court.

Learned Advocate for the petitioner is present. The petitioner is present with her husband. The Court enquired with the girl. She submitted that, she had left her parents on her own and has married. She refused to stay with her parents and even interact with them.

The girl being major by age, we leave her to her discretion.

Criminal Writ Petition stands disposed of.
