Perused the allegations in the F.I.R and also the statements of Ram Pundalikrao Vyanjane and another witness Shashikiran Narayan Mohite. Prima facie it appears that version of these two

cwp910.15 witnesses corroborates the version of the complainant so far as alleged incident is concerned. Hence, in our opinion, this is not a case wherein this Court should exercise the writ jurisdiction.

The Writ Petition stands rejected.
