It appears that by order dated 15.02.2019, this Court (Coram : P. R. Bora, J.) in Civil Application No.1611/2019 in F.A. No.2457 of 2017 along with the connected matters from
the same award has permitted the applicants / original claimants therein to withdraw the amount on certain conditions.

The learned counsel for the respondent / acquiring body has no objection if the applicants / claimants herein are permitted to withdraw the amount in the same terms and conditions and has also not disputed the same. Hence, the following order :
ORDER
(i) All the applications seeking withdrawal are hereby partly allowed.
(ii) The applicants / claimants are hereby permitted to withdraw 40 % of the amount out of the amount deposited before this Court on submitting an undertaking to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court.
(iii) The applicants / original claimants are permitted to withdraw further 20 % of the amount out of the amount deposited before this Court on submitting
solvent surety to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court.
(iv) All the applications are accordingly disposed off. (V. K. JADHAV, J.) ...
