PER COURT :- Learned counsel appearing for respondent Municipal Corporation informs that, since the petitioner has not accepted the proposal of the Municipal Corporation for awarding TDR in lieu of amount of compensation, the matter has already been referred to the Collector for initiating land acquisition proceedings on 23.6.2015. In this view of the matter, the grievances raised by the petitioner in the instant petition stand redressed. The Municipal Corporation shall cooperate the Collector in finalization of the Award expeditiously. The respondent No.1 through the Collector shall finalize the acquisition proceedings within a period of one year from today. The amount that has been deposited by the Municipal Corporation in this Court is permitted to be withdrawn, by Corporation. The writ petition stands disposed of accordingly. vbd
