The applicants are seeking permission to withdraw an amount of Rs. 1 Lakh along with interest deposited in State Bank of Hyderabad, Branch at Majalgaon, Taluka Majalgaon, District Beed. 2.

First Appeal No. 785 of 2007 is disposed of by way of settlement arrived at between the parties on 01.11.2007. The applicant no. 1 at that time was a minor and an amount of Rs. 1 Lakh remained invested in the fixed deposit in State Bank of Hyderabad, Branch at Majalgaon.

Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the appellant no. 1 has become major. Applicant no. 3 is no more. Applicant no. 2 has no objection for permitting applicant no. 1 to receive the amount with

interest. Learned counsel appearing for the Insurance Company has no objection.
