Following are the prayer clauses (B) and (C) of the Writ Petition:- "(B) By way of appropriate writ, order or directions in the like nature, the Hon'ble Court may kindly direct the respondent State Authorities to register the offence against the respondent No.4

cwp911.15 in pursuance to the complaints dated 13/07/2015 made by the present petitioner.

(C) By way of appropriate writ, order or directions in the like nature, the Hon'ble Court may kindly direct the respondent authorities to decide the complaints dated 13/07/2015 filed by the present petitioner for registration of the offences against respondent No.4."

Learned A.P.P. for the State makes a statement that F.I.R. has already been registered by the concerned Police Station. That being so, learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that the grievance made in this Petition no more survives.

The Writ Petition is disposed of in terms of the statement made by the learned A.P.P. No costs.
