Missing girl - Shahenaz Begum Khalid Sha, pursuant to the notice, has been produced before us today. After questioning her, it emerges that she is not willing to go to her parents' house and prefers to stay in remand home from where she has been brought today, along with her new born child. Additionally, it appears that investigating officer has recorded her statement, which is to the similar effect.

Having regard to aforesaid, we deem it appropriate that Shahenaz Begum Khalid Sha be sent to a remand home, namely, Shantikunj Government Women's Rajyagraha, Jalna, along with the child, where she would stay until she attains majority. During her stay in the remand home, proper care of her and child, interalia, medical care and nourishment be taken by the authorities concerned, giving her proper diet and expert's medical advice and necessary medicines from time to time.

On attainment of majority Shahenaz Begum Khalid Sha may be released from remand home and should be allowed to go where she desires.

With the aforesaid, the petition is disposed of. 5.
