This petition is filed for the limited purpose of seeking a direction to Respondent No.2 - Scrutiny Committee to dispose of the tribe claim of the Petitioner as belonging to the Scheduled Tribe 'Mannervarlu' within stipulated period of time.

Considering the fact that the proceeding is pending at the stage of re-vigilance inquiry, Respondent No.2 - Scrutiny Committee is directed to decide the tribe claim of the Petitioner as expeditiously as possible and, in any case, within three months from today.
