This application is filed seeking transfer of M.A.C.P. proceeding from the Court at Wadgaon Maval to the Court at Aurangabad. The applicant is the claimant who filed M.A.C.P. No. 212/2019 initially in the Court of learned Motor Accident Claims Tribunal at Pune. The said is now transferred to the Court at Wadgaon Maval and re-numbered as M.A.C.P. No. 22/2022. The only case of the applicant is that, she has suffered multiple fracture and she is unable to travel to Wadgaon Maval.

This Court finds that, the petition is filed by the claimant herself in the year 2019. For almost six years she has prosecuted the said petition at Pune/Wadgaon Maval. Even after transfer of the petition to Wadgaon Maval, it is prosecuted for three years. This Court hardly finds that, any case is made out to allow the application. Therefore, the Misc. Civil Application deserves to be dismissed and the same is hereby dismissed. No order as to costs. ( KISHORE C. SANT, J. ) P.S.B.
