Present petition arises out of order dated 17.06.2025 whereby custody of minor daughter Kashvi is given to respondent w.e.f. 24.06.2025.

After arguing for some time, learned advocate appearing for petitioners seeks permission to withdraw this writ petition and pursuit this Court to expedite the main proceeding pending before Family Court at Jalgaon. In that view of matter, present writ petition stands disposed of.

The learned Judge Family Court at Jalgaon is requested to decide Petition No. D-03 of 2025 expeditiously and in any case within a period of six months from today.
