Learned counsel for petitioner as well as respondents concur that this petition raises similar question as has arisen in writ petition No. 7204 of 2015, mutatits mutandis.

Having regard to considerations which have weighed for rejection of writ petition No. 7204 of 2015 apply on all fours for rejection of present writ petition. Writ petition, as such, stands rejected. 3.

Needless to refer to that rejection of writ petition would not be an impediment for the petitioner to institute appropriate proceedings at appropriate stage before proper forum, as may be permissible under law, including an election petition.
