1] The Registrar of the Debt Recovery Tribunal, Mumbai, by order dated 6.6.2016 refused to register the appeal on account of failure of the appellant / petitioner to remove office objections. It is informed that since the Chairman of the Appellate Tribunal is not available, the petitioner has approached this Court.

2] The petitioner undertakes to remove office objections within three weeks from today.

3] In view of the undertaking recorded as above, the

WP 7370/16 - 2 - order passed by the Registrar, Debt Recovery Appellate Tribunal dated 6.6.2016 refusing registration of the appeal is set aside. The Registrar is directed to register the appeal subject to removal of office objections, as undertaken. Writ petition stands disposed of.

4] Authenticated copy of the order is allowed. Parties to act upon authenticated copy of the order.
