Learned Counsel for the petitioners submits that the application has been given to the Collector for release of funds for the Water Storage Tank (Page 39). Learned A.G.P. submits that the Collector would take decision upon it on its own merits.

In view of that, the Collector, Ahmednagar shall take decision upon the application of the petitioners dated 18.10.2018 (Page 39), if the same is pending with him, on its own merits, preferably within six months.
