1] This petition can be disposed of by issuing directions to respondent no.2 - committee to take decision on the caste certificate verification claim of the petitioner pending with the scrutiny committee as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of six months from today. It is accordingly directed. The respondent nos.3 & 4 shall permit the petitioner to prosecute further studies and shall not restrain him

WP 7310/15 - 2 - merely on account of his failure to submit validation certificate. The admission of the petitioner and the liberty granted for prosecuting further studies shall obviously be subject to decision of the scrutiny committee in respect of caste certificate verification of the petitioner.
