The learned counsel for appellants as well as respondent/claimants fairly submit that, the learned Single Judge of this Court in another group of first appeals arising out of same acquisition proceedings as is case in the present appeals has dismissed the appeals filed by the acquiring body i. e. present appellants vide judgment and order dated 21st July, 2015 in First Appeal Stamp No. 32186 of 2014 with other connected first appeals.
