We have heard Mr. Bhise, learned counsel for the petitioner.

Mr. Tambe, learned A.G.P. submits that the petitioner apart from the remedy of filing objection has remedy to file an Appeal before the Divisional Deputy Commissioner, Woman and Child Development Department.

In light of that, we dispose of writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to avail the alternate remedy.

In that event, all contentions are kept open. No costs.
