The girl has been produced before us and we have made inquiry with her in our chamber. She admits that she has performed marriage with the petitioner and she submits that now she is not being allowed to join the company of her husband by respondent No.3. 2.

Respondent No.3 is represented by Advocate. We have heard him also. Learned Advocate Mr. B. R. Kedar holding for learned Advocate Mr. Deepak Rajput for respondent No.3, learned Advocate Mr. D. S. Mali for the petitioner as well as learned APP Mrs. R. P. Gour for respondent Nos.1 and 2 are also present in the Chamber when we made inquiry with the girl. 25-wp-889-2025.odt expresses apprehension for her life as well as the life of her husband. We make it clear that we cannot provide protection to them in infinity, however, for some period, the protection can be granted. With these observations, we pass the following order :-

ORDER

I) Criminal Writ Petition stands allowed.
