It is informed that the Land Acquisition References bearing Nos.521 of 2016 and 317 of 2017 (Jahirabee Patel Vs.

Jabbar Tamboli) are pending before the learned Civil Judge Senior Division, Osmanabad and the competent authority by invoking the provisions under Section 3H(4) of the National Highways Act, 1956 has sent the amount to the Civil court before whom the aforesaid references are pending. Both the sides by consent submits that the Reference Court may be directed to dispose of those references as expeditiously as possible, in a time bound manner and with those directions, Writ Petitions can be disposed off.

In view of the above submissions, the learned Civil Judge Senior Division, Osmanabad is hereby directed to dispose of the pending reference Nos.521 of 2016 and 317 of 2017, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of eight

(8) months from the date of this order.

Writ Petitions are accordingly disposed off.
