Heard rival submissions. The applicant being legal representative of sole respondent in appeal Dnyanoba Dhondiba Ugile is seeking permission to bring herself on record. As per the death certificate annexed Dnyanoba has died on 14.06.2015 and there is also delay of 1389 days in filing this application.
