It appears that, clause 20 of the agreement relied by the petitioner provides for arbitration.

In that case the petitioner can seek arbitration and also can apply for interim measures under Section 9 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.

The contract of the petitioner would come to an end on 30.11.2020 as per the impugned communicatioin. The respondents shall not take further precepitative steps till 03rd December, 2020.
