PER COURT :- 1.

By these applications, the applicant/s seek to condone the delay of 2591/2590 days caused in filing the appeal against the award passed by the Reference Court.

Mrs. Chincholkar, learned counsel appearing for the applicant/s submits that delay is caused on account of procedural aspects and administrative compliance. She submits that the applicant has not taken disadvantage by making delay. The contents of the application are uncontroverted.

In that view of the matter, civil applications are allowed in terms of prayer clause "B". Delay caused in filing the appeal is condoned. Civil applications are disposed off. 4.

Appeals be registered.
