ORDER :

This application seeks quashing of F.I.R. in Crime No.140/2019 registered with Chakur Police Station, Taluka Chakur, District Latur for the offences punishable under Sections 498-A, 323, 504, 506 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code, at the behest of respondent No.2 - wife. Applicant No.1 is the husband and applicant Nos.2 to 5 are in-laws of the informant. 2.

During pendency of the present application, the parties have amicably settled the matter and have decided to part their ways. The fact of amicable settlement of dispute is fortified by the compromise deed filed today on record, which is marked 'X' for identification.

The parties are present today before the Court and they are identified by their respective Advocates. The parties also

(2) 930 Criappln-1925.2020.odt confirmed the amicable settlement of matrimonial dispute. The informant confirmed that she has received the decided amount of Rs. 80,000/- towards permanent alimony.

The learned Advocates for the parties submitted that now charge-sheet is filed in the present matter and the case is numbered as R.C.C. No. 193/2020.

Since the matrimonial dispute is amicably settled by the parties, we are inclined to allow the present application. 6.

The application, is therefore, allowed. The proceedings of R.C.C. No. 193/2020 pending on the file of Judicial Magistrate, First Class, Chakur, District Latur registered pursuant to F.I.R. at Crime No. 140/2019, are hereby quashed and set aside. 7.
