The learned Counsel submits that the Tahsildar is not proceeding ahead inspite of the application given in the year-1998.

The learned A.G.P. submits that in that event, the Petitioner can move the Committee constituted under the Circular dated 13.02.2015. The Petitioner may approach the Committee. The Committee may take appropriate steps preferably, within a period of two (02) months from the date of application.

Writ Petition accordingly stands disposed of. No costs.
