Considering the above, WP Stamp No.12999/2013 shall be registered and the order of the learned Registrar dated 30/09/2013, shall stand recalled only if the petitioner removes all office objections in the writ petition on or before 09/03/2020, failing which, the said order of the learned Registrar shall stand restored without reference to the Court on 11/03/2020.
