The petitioner has put forth prayer clauses (B) and (C), which read as under :- "B] By appropriate Writ in the nature of Mandamus or any other appropriate Writ of like nature or by appropriate orders and directions, kindly be directed to the Respondent Nos. 4 District Caste Certificate Scrutiny Committee, Jalgaon to decide pending V. J. Caste proposal dated 20/08/2015 which is received on 10/12/2015 forthwith of the petitioner and further to issue V. J. Caste Validity Certificate in favour of the petitioner forthwith; for that purpose this Hon'ble Court may pass appropriate orders or directions.

C] By appropriate Writ in the nature of Mandamus or any other appropriate Writ of like nature or by appropriate orders and directions, the Resp. No. 6 Principal of the

(2) Government of College of Engineering Jalgaon, may kindly be directed to issue original marks-sheets (Marks Memo) of 1st to 4th years Computer Engineering Degree Course and final year Degree Certificate of Computer Engineering Degree Course as well as to issue original School/College Leaving Certificate of the petitioner, for that purpose this Hon'ble court may pass appropriate orders or directions." 2.

There is no dispute that the petitioner has acquired education in respondent No.6 - Engineering College on the basis of her claim of belonging to 'Rajput Bhamta' recognized as 'Vimukta Jati (VJ Sr. No.10). From 2016-17, she is pursuing her four years Engineering course and has completed the same in January 2022. She has cleared the backlog of subjects and now desires to seek an admission to the Masters degree. 3.

The learned A.G.P. submits on instructions from the Committee, that the file of the petitioner is misplaced. He further submits that the file would be reconstructed and the petitioner would have to apply once again, online and off-line. She may submit copies of all the papers, so as to enable the Committee to reconstruct the file and the claim of the petitioner would be decided on or before 15/10/2022, if she tenders all the documents and the online as well as off-line application, before 30/08/2022.

The learned Advocate for the petitioner submits that, the petitioner would render such co-operation.

By recording the above statements, this petition is disposed off.

We direct respondent No.6 to supply the Marks Memo of the petitioner of all the years and all the examinations, in which she has appeared. However, the Degree Certificate would not be issued, since the claim of the petitioner would be decided by 15/10/2022.

Needless to state, if the claim of the petitioner is validated, she would be entitled to the Degree Certificate/Leaving Certificate, etc.
