Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the applicant/petitioner. The submission is that the petitioner expired during the pendency of the proceedings on 02.09.2017, leaving behind the legal representatives referred to in paragraph 3 of the Application namely, his wife, two sons and one daughter, and as the issue revolves around the service benefits of the deceased employee, the Counsel for the applicants prays for bringing these legal representatives on record to prosecute the proceedings of the deceased petitioner - employee. It is being very limited prayer the application is allowed in terms of the prayer Clause (B). Necessary amendment be carried out in the
