The learned Advocate for the Petitioners has strenuously prayed for granting prayer clause C.

The learned Advocate for Respondent No.6 has opposed the said prayer and contended that this petition deserves to be dismissed with costs.

It appears that the Petitioners pray that the order dated 05.05.2017 passed by the Sub Divisional Officer be stayed till the Additional Collector, Ambajogai decides the appeal pending before him. This Court (Coram : Sunil P. Deshmukh, J.) has granted status-quo on 03.07.2017.

Considering the above, this Writ Petition is disposed of by

*2* 930wp8340o17 continuing the order of status-quo dated 03.07.2017 till the Additional Collector, Ambajogai decides the pending Appeal. The Additional Collector shall decide the said appeal as expeditiously as possible and in any case on or before 31.10.2018. It is made clear that the Additional Collector would decide the said appeal on it's own merits as this Court has not expressed any view about the rival contentions of the parties. All contentions of the litigating sides are kept open.
