Heard learned counsel for the parties.

Both applications are filed for review of order dated 10-012018 passed by this Court in Writ Petition No. 1935 of 2007 and 1851 of 2007. Both the writ petitions are disposed of by this Court on merits. This Court has held that entry of the petitioners on first appointment was not made by following due procedure of law. It is back door entry.

It is submitted that there is no interim relief granted by this Court.

There is interim relief since beginning. That circumstances cannot help the present applicants in any way as it cannot shows after getting interim relief in the year 2007, the matter is kept pending for 11 years. This court must have gone through the entire record to ascertain the facts. On that basis, this court must have considered the merit of the matters. The matters are disposed of by making aforesaid observations. This Court hold that present applications are not within scope of review.
