On 4th January 2016, when the matter was called out, none appeared for the petitioners. Thereafter again the matter was called out on 29th January 2016. On the said date also, none appeared for the petitioners. However, the matter was adjourned to 5th February 2016. Today also, when the matter is called out, none appears for the petitioners. 2.

Even otherwise, the Government Resolutions dated 28th September 2005 and 7th November 2005 are assailed. 3.

The learned Assistant Government Pleader for respondent nos.1 and 2, on instructions, states that a Public Interest Litigation bearing No. 20 of 2006 (with Civil Application No. 137 of 2009) is filed at Principal Seat at Bombay, wherein interim orders are passed of not giving financial assistance to the private Sugar Factories. 4.

Considering the above and the fact that the Counsel for the petitioners is consistently absent, the Writ Petition is dismissed. Rule is discharged. No costs.
