The validation proceedings in respect of the tribe claim of the petitioner is pending. The petitioner is admitted to B.Pharm. Course. It is submitted that the petitioner would require validity certificate to be submitted before 10th August 2018. 2.

The learned Counsel for the petitioner further submits that the vigilance is being conducted today.

The petitioner may appear before the Committee on 27th July 2018. The Committee shall endeavour to decide the proceeding by 8th August 2018.
