Learned Advocate for the Petitioners, on instructions, makes statement that he will file appropriate proceedings before the Hon'ble Minister taking exception to the impugned order within a period of two weeks from today. He, however, seeks direction for expeditious disposal of the said proceedings. Since the proceedings are yet to be filed, this Court does not find it appropriate to issue any such direction. However, the Hon'ble Minister is requested to consider decision on such proceedings if filed as expeditiously as possible. 2.

Petition stands disposed of in the above terms. 3.
