ORDER:- 1.

Heard rival submissions. The petitioners are seeking addition of present respondent Nos.5 and 6 in the petition on the ground that on transfer of respondent Nos.1 and 2, they are the current Secretary of Forest Department and Principal Chief Conservator of Forest respectively. 2.

The learned AGP, though opposed the application, but submitted in the alternative that on such addition notices are required to be issued to the newly added respondent Nos.5 and 6.

Since respondent Nos.5 and 6 are the current officers holding the respective posts of present respondent Nos.1 and 2, they can be added as necessary parties. In view
