On the last date, we directed the learned AGP to take instructions as to how much time would be required to Assistant Charity Commissioner for conducting the elections of Marathwada Banjara Seva Sangh. Learned AGP again seeks time to take instructions.

Application No. 20 of 2025 filed by Sanjay Pandit Jadhav and others seeking direction to hold elections of Marathwada Banjara Seva Sangh Public Trust is filed before the Assistant Charity Commissioner.

Considering the peculiar facts of the present case, we direct the Assistant Charity Commissioner, Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar, to pass appropriate orders on the said application within two weeks from today and hold the elections of Marathwada Banjara Seva Sangh, if necessary by deputing officer from his office, within six weeks from the date of passing of the order.

With these directions, contempt petitions are disposed of with liberty to the petitioners to approach this Court if need be. 5.
Needless to state that till the elections are held and the new body takes over, the order dated 07.04.2025 shall continue to operate.

In view of disposal of contempt petitions, pending civil applications stand disposed of.
