Deshmukh, learned Counsel for the original claimants invited my attention to the operative part of the order passed by this Court dated 21.04.2022 in a group of First Appeals vide First Appeal No.2460 of 2008 with connected appeals. He points out that in Clause No.(iii) of the operative order, this Court has directed the Registry to pay the amount of compensation, if any, lying with the Registry, however the word accrued interest is missing. He, therefore, urged to add the word accrued interest in Clause No.(iii) of the operative order.

Clause No.(iii) of the operative order dated 21.04.2022 shall be read as under- (iii) The amount, if any, lying with the Registry, it be paid alongwith accrued interest thereon to the respective claimants as per the procedure.
