Heard learned counsel for the applicant.

By way of this application, the applicant is seeking restoration of his Second Appeal by setting aside order dated 20.12.2023 by condoning the delay of 181 days. Under the aforesaid order, the registration of his Second Appeal has been refused for non removal of office objections. The learned counsel for the applicant undertakes to remove all the office objections within two weeks. As such, the application stands allowed in terms of prayer clause (B) and (C), subject to cost of Rs. 500/- (Rupees Five Hundred) to be deposited with the Registry of this Court for utilization of High Court Dispensary, Bench at Aurangabad
