Learned counsel for petitioner submits that the petitioner is entitled for the benefit of government resolution dated 27.12.2018, as the petitioner has retired on 30.07.2007. Representation is also given on 21.01.2019 by the petitioner to respondent No. 2. 2.

Considering the government resolution of 27.12.2018, the respondent No. 2 shall decide the representation of the petitioner, on its own merits, in accordance with law, expeditiously and preferable within four months, from today.
