This is an Application under Section 482 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, as the Applicants are apprehending arrest in connection with Crime No.0148/2025, registered with Amalner Police Station, District Jalgaon, for the offence punishable under Sections 351(2), 3(5) and Section 108 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023. 2.
Heard the learned Advocate for the Applicants and the learned APP for the Respondents - State.

The aforesaid Crime is registered on the report given by the mother of the Deceased that, on 24/02/2025, the Applicants came to the field of the Informant and threatened the Deceased that, they will kill his parents and they will not allow the Deceased and his family to reside in the village. Due to the said act of the Applicants, the Informant's son committed suicide by hanging himself in a shed in the agricultural field. Since the incident was reported to the Police after a period of two [02] months, the aforesaid Crime came to be registered.

From the FIR, it is seen that, due to the threatening given by the Applicants to the Deceased, he committed suicide. Prima facie, the ingredients for the offence of abetment to suicide are missing. Thus, the case is made out to exercise the powers under Section 482 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023. Hence, the following order :
ORDER
[I] Anticipatory Bail Application is hereby allowed. [II] In the event of arrest of the Applicants, namely, [1] Nandalal Hilal Patil and [2] Rahul Nandalal Patil, in connection with Crime No.0148/2025, registered with Amalner Police Station, District Jalgaon, for the offence punishable under Sections 351(2), 3(5) and Section 108 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, they shall be released on bail on their furnishing P.B. of Rs.15,000/- (Rupees Fifteen Thousand Only) each, with one surety in the like amount each.
